 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The CEDASPE IFG series (inclined face gauge) is a magnetic oil-level indicator designed for both power transformers and large distribution transformers. It is used for checking and measuring the oil level inside the conservator.
It outputs an analog indication given by the arrow spacing on a graduated dial and by one or more electric contacts (up to 4 switches) that switch when oil reaches the minimum/maximum permitted level.
The gauge body is a single piece of solid, compact aluminum casting that is oil-proof. It is specifically designed to be inclined in order to facilitate the reading.
The dial face is inclined by 20° from the connecting flange towards the ground in order to offer a better view at eye-level, making the oil level indication reading easier.
The indicating system is located inside the body and consists of an arrow, a graduated scale and the contacts activated by cams and a magnet system.
The monitoring system is located behind the fixing flange and consists of a magnetic coupling rigidly connected to a float arm, which follows the movement of the oil surface using either a radial or an axial system.
The CEDASPE NFG series has an IP65 protection degree that is suitable for harsh environmental conditions.

The NFG series can even be customized upon request—both the body and dial can be designed according customer requirements.
