TRANSFORM is an umbrella organization comprising ten premium European suppliers in the transformer industry. It was initiated in 1998 at an event at the Forum of the German Museum in Munich. Developed and organized by Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen (MR), this was the fi rst in a series of trade conventions and exhibitions, involving highcaliber suppliers from the transformer industry. The feedback from guests – especially transformer manufacturers and operators – was very encouraging so this series of events has continued to be held on a regular basis. In the meantime, this industry forum, which is held every two years at a different location, enjoys an excellent reputation among experts and users.

Campus

The seminars of TRANSFORM campus are specifically aimed at young engineers, young professionals and anyone who want to intensify their knowledge of transformers. TRANSFORM campus participants have the opportunity to receive expert knowledge from the field and at first hand, to meet and discuss with the speakers and to expand their own network in the transformer industry. Apart from the key-note speech on the power network and a general introduction to transformers and standards, the two-day seminar program also offers a number of technical sessions on various transformer components.
